Construction Foreman

We are seeking a skilled Construction Foreman to lead and oversee on-site construction projects. This full-time, on-site role involves managing daily operations, directing a team of workers, supervising project progress, and ensuring quality standards are upheld. The Construction Foreman will also be responsible for enforcing safety procedures, coordinating with engineers and architects, maintaining schedules, and troubleshooting any on-site challenges.

Ability to supervise crews, subcontractors, and laborers
Strong communication skills with workers, superintendents, project managers, inspectors, and clients
Proven ability to assign tasks, track progress, and maintain productivity
Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
Ability to train, mentor, and enforce accountability among crew members
Ability to interpret plans, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Knowledge of layout, measurements, materials, and quality standards
Experience coordinating materials, tools, manpower, and equipment
Ability to identify construction defects before they become costly issues
Basic computer or mobile app skills for daily reports, photos, timesheets, and scheduling tools

5+ years of hands-on construction experience
Prior leadership experience as a foreman, superintendent assistant, or crew lead
Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and jobsite coordination
Experience reading blueprints, drawings, specs, and scopes of work
Familiarity with residential, commercial, civil, or industrial construction, depending on the project type

The Masonry Foreman will be responsible for directing masonry crews, coordinating daily work activities, and ensuring quality, safety, and schedule compliance on commercial and government projects. This is a field leadership role working closely with the project superintendent and project management team.

Direct and supervise masonry crews on a day-to-day basis
Interpret drawings, specifications, and project schedules to plan and sequence work
Monitor production, quality, and workmanship to meet project standards
Enforce jobsite safety policies and OSHA compliance
Coordinate material deliveries and manage on-site material handling
Communicate progress, issues, and manpower needs to the superintendent
Maintain accurate daily records and field documentation

4+ years of masonry experience with at least 1 year in a foreman or lead role
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Strong leadership and crew management skills
OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred
Reliable transportation to Kentucky job sites
