Job Description:

We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee the construction of buildings, structures, and systems. This role requires expertise in project management, budgeting, scheduling, and cost tracking.

Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement construction plans and schedules

– Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with regulations

– Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, and cost tracking reports

– Determine appropriate construction methods, requisitions, supplies, and labor requirements

– Inspect projects to identify and address any issues or concerns

Required Qualifications:

– Master’s degree in any Engineering specialty with at least one year of experience as a Project Manager

– Bachelor’s degree with minimum five years of experience
